对符合条件的高新技术企业给予奖励，（一）对经区科技行政主管部门推荐并通过广东省高新技术企业认定管理机构认定的高新技术企业，给予10万元一次性认定奖励，且企业由区科技行政主管部门向市推荐申报高新技术企业的，奖励标准按照每成功服务1家企业申报高新技术企业认定的，每一家企业申报高新技术企业认定，Article3Professionaltechnologyserviceinstitutionsareencouragedtoprovideenterpriseswithfull-chaininnovationservicesoninnovationsystemconstruction,policyconsultation,R&Dexpenseaccumulation,humanresources,intellectualpropertyrights,industry-university-researchcooperation,etc.,withaviewtoboosttheirinnovationabilitiesandhelpthemgrowintohigh-techenterprises.Rewardswillbegiventoprofessionaltechnologyserviceinstitutionsthatserve100ormoreenterprises,wheretheseenterprisesarerecommendedbythedistrictscienceandtechnologydepartmenttothecompetentmunicipaldepartmentforthehigh-techenterpriseapplication.Forthesuccessfulcertificationofeveryhigh-techenterprise,theserviceinstitutionwillberewarded2,000yuan.Thisrewardissubjecttoamaximumaccumulativeamountof500,000yuanperinstitution.Foreverysuccessfullycertifiedhigh-techenterprise,onlytheoneserviceinstitutionthatprovidesinnovationserviceandplaysamajorrolethereinwillberewarded.第四条国家级、省级和市级科技企业孵化载体自动纳入我区科技企业孵化载体的管理范围，Article4Sci-techbusinessincubatorsatthemunicipal,provincial,andnationallevelswillbeautomaticallyincludedinthemanagementofthesci-techbusinessincubatorofthedistrict,withoutgoingthroughthedistrict-levelcertificationprocedure.Wherethereisanychangetothename,operator,area,location,etc.,theincubatorshallreportsuchchangetothedistrictscienceandtechnologydepartment.Thedepartmentwillreviewandconductanon-siteinspectiontoverifytheinformationbeforeproposingtothemunicipalscienceandtechnologydepartmentforalterationorcancelation.第五条支持科技企业孵化载体的建设与发展，对符合条件的科技企业孵化载体分别给予认定奖励和评价奖励，1.对首次获得认定的国家级、省级、市级孵化器分别给予50万元、20万元和10万元的一次性奖励，2.对首次获认定的国家级、省级众创空间分别给予40万元和20万元一次性奖励，1.支持科技企业孵化器参加由市科技行政主管部门依托评价指标体系开展“以赛促评”的评价工作，按照一等奖20万元、二等奖15万元、三等奖10万元、优胜奖5万元的标准给予奖励，按照一等奖15万元、二等奖10万元、三等奖5万元、优胜奖2万元的标准给予奖励，相关职能部门及其工作人员在履行奖励资金的审核、拨付、管理等职责过程中涉嫌违纪的。
