PanFuGui[2022]No.3NoticeofPanyuDistrictPeople’sGovernmentofGuangzhouMunicipalityonAbolishingtheAdministrativeMeasuresforMajorConstructionProjectsinPanyuDistrictThegovernmentsofalltowns,allsub-districtofficesandallunitsdirectlyunderthedistrictgovernment,UponthedeliberationandapprovaloftheexecutivemeetingofPanyuDistrictPeople’sGovernment,itisdecidedthattheNoticeofPanyuDistrictPeople’sGovernmentofGuangzhouMunicipalityonIssuingtheAdministrativeMeasuresforMajorConstructionProjectsinPanyuDistrict(PanFu[2017]No.80)shallbeterminatedfromtheissuedateofthisnotice.AftertheabolitionoftheMeasures,themajorconstructionprojectsmanagementinPanyushallbeimplementedinaccordancewiththerelevantmanagementprovisionsofGuangzhou.PanyuDistrictPeople’sGovernmentofGuangzhouMunicipalityApril6th,2022。
